ARE YOU A GOOD CoP OR A BAD CoP?

Working closely with the subject matter experts at Thames Water, digital training in the classroom has been revolutionised. We created a team-based digital board game to replace their traditional classroom-based Controller of Premises (CoP) training course.

The teams take it in turns to roll the virtual dice, working their way round the stylised Thames Water site board and landing on locations that represent every aspect of the CoP role such as security, fire safety and traffic. Each topic contains a variety of interactive activities which if successfully completed, allow that team to own that location and add to their overall score.

Pushing rapid development tools to their limit we ensured that not only could each topic be published as a standalone, SCORM compliant eLearning module but Thames Water could make content updates internally.
