Glaucoma VR Simulation
HAZARD AWARENESS VR APPLICATION
This hazard awareness virtual reality application has been developed to test people’s reaction times to hazards. Subjects are tested with good vision and with vision impaired with an undetected mild glaucoma. On average reaction times were 0.3 seconds slower when driving with a slight visual impairment which is an age in an emergency situation and shows that more needs to be done to educate people on how a change in vision can impact road safety.
This is just one of the many VR, AR and eLearning applications we have created for industries involved in health and safety, situational awareness, hazard perception and business continuity training. Please talk to us about bringing your scenario to life.
